All the hard work we put in during training – the high heart rates 🥵, those last couple of burning shakey reps with the heavy weight 💪 – obviously help our bodies to grow fitter, stronger and healthier.
But the adaptation, ie. when our body actually becomes fitter, stronger and healthier, actually happens during RECOVERY…

🧘 When we practice recovery techniques like muscle releasing and restorative breathing.
This is why we incorporate recovery into our class timetable and into our Shared PT training blocks – it’s KEY to you achieving your goals!
(And just quietly… how GOOOOOD is our Restore session?!)
Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the hard work and not spend enough time focusing on resting and restoring…
So, ask yourself – do you do enough to help your body recover?
